Dynamic, hatha, teenage and yin yoga lessons, are taught at my Yoga Sanctuary studio in Richterswil, Switzerland.  

I am a 260-hour registered Yoga Alliance qualified teacher. I offer small group yoga lessons and privates, suitable for all levels. Group lessons are taught in English and private lessons can be held in either English or German.

I very much enjoy teaching both dynamic yoga flows, with hands-on adjustments and gentle Hatha or Yin style yoga, in a safe and intimate environment. Yoga is an amazing tool to help with physical and mental health.

I encourage students to make personal progress in their Asanas (positions) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) whilst simultaneously gaining a good physical and mental workout, followed by a guided meditation in Savasana (corpse pose) and a soothing herbal tea.

I am trained in teenage yoga therapy to teach young people techniques to protect their mental health.
