Lizzie is an English-speaking coach, wellbeing specialist and yoga teacher. She has her own Yoga studio in Richterswil and is married with two teenage boys. Lizzie offers specialist life, wellbeing and positive psychology coaching in and around lake Zurich for adults and teenagers. She combines her yoga and coaching techniques to help clients feel less stressed and anxious so they can be living their best life.
I have always been fascinated with people, wellbeing and the interrelationship of our personal and professional lives. I have worked in the corporate world of human resource consulting (CIPD) and have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and a BA Hons in Sociology & Social Anthropology.
I love to see clients develop, reach their full potential, to live a happy, healthy and balanced life.
